All that in a book?

A few weeks ago we ran into the sisters in our area. They cover the Samoan ward and so I felt the need to help them for a few minutes. We took them to the 3 Samoans we knew for sure would go to that ward in our area. The third house the family was outside so we got to talking with them and found one of them was not a member. Saturday that one person was baptized. Uli was the boys name and he is a stud! He's so awesome! He just moved here to live with his parents from Samoa and so his English isn't great, but it was so fun meeting him and seeing him dressed in white 3 weeks later!     Kahuku High School had their graduation this week and it was awesome! Everyone should look it up on youtube. It was nothing like I have ever seen before! All their seniors perform in a huge dance and song. They are so talented and it was mind blowing!

We took our investigator to the Visitors Center at the Laie Temple this week. There is a new video out about Joseph Smith and the process of the translation. As we watched, the spirit was so strong. The trials that Joseph Smith went through along with his wife and friends was huge. Their enduring faith and diligence to the commandments alongside with the mercy and direction of God is why we have the Book of Mormon today. I am grateful for faithful servants of God who he qualifies to do his work. I am grateful for the Book of Mormon that allows us to know the truthfulness of Christ's Church. Friends and family, I share this because it is something so special and dear to me. It has turned my life around 180 degrees. It has turned temporal happiness into eternal and everlasting joy and peace. I urge everyone to read, ponder, and pray about the Book of Mormon and to know the truthfulness of it. I testify that if this is done with the attitude of being willing to act on it, you will receive an answer by the power of God through the Holy Spirit. What a beautiful, intimate, and undeniable experience this is as well.

I hope each one of you have a great week! Treasure the struggles you face now, it is because of them that you will grow tomorrow! Love ya and don't forget to smile!
